Client Service Associate - Pittsburgh, PA

Fort Pitt Capital Group an independent Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) is currently seeking a Client Service Associate (CSA) to join our team.

The CSA plays a crucial role in supporting the client relationship by handling operational and administrative tasks involved in financial planning and wealth management.

The CSA works directly with a Financial Advisor, supporting that advisor’s book of business. This is a non-licensed position and does not provide advice to clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with Financial Advisors to assist clientsManage client cash needs including withdrawals, deposits, contributions, distributions, and posting checksHandle the required minimum distribution (RMD) process, including calculations, client notifications, processing, and monitoringCoordinate with external professionals (e.
