Details & requirements for this opportunity : n* Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30am-5 : 00pm or 4x10 per week (8 : 30am-7 : 00pm,Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday).

• Job Setting : Outpatient clinic.* Types of Cases : Standard Primary Care cases. Provider will be seeing all ages.* Credentialing Timeframe : 90 days.
