Position Requirements :
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED Required
- Standard computer / technology skills needed
- Must be reliable, accountable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
- Must have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communication
- Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
- Customer service background preferred
- Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner
- Must have great attention to detail
- Must be able to conduct gate access control, visitor management, walking vision patrols, completing vision reports, transferring phone calls, and verifying identification of visitors
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE (lab coats, hair nets, boot covers, steel toe shoes)
- Driver Certification / valid Drivers License required due to mobile and foot patrols
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
