The Cable Shopping Network specializes in marketing rare and collectible coins from mints around the world. In our 20 years of business, our customers have helped us achieve our A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau, while growing our company significantly year after year.
Due to an abundance of new customer sales generated from our marketing efforts, we are in a significant hiring mode. It’s an awesome time for people looking to have fun working in a fast-paced environment to get onboard.
Our approach is a relationship-based model that provides our customers the opportunity to connect with friendly professional Customer Service Representatives, not an automated system when they call.
The Cable Shopping Network has a casual but professional environment rarely found in other Customer Service departments. Compensation includes base pay plus the opportunity to participate in a monthly team bonus program.
In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and paid time off for major holidays. This is a fulltime Monday to Friday position.

Responsibilities include :
- Answer inbound Customer Service calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Make outbound calls to update customer account information as needed
- Provide customers with accurate account, product, shipping, and billing information
- Research customer accounts to identify potential issues and take action to resolve issues promptly
- Work directly with internal and external customers to develop and maintain lasting business relationships
- Complete special assignments as directed by management
- Maintain detailed account notes
- Educate customers on products, procedures, and policies
- Request replacements, return labels, and refunds as needed
- Place orders for new and existing customers
- Bilingual language skills a plus
- Education and other Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- All candidates must pass drug screening and background check
- Experience requirements
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service or call center environment
