If so, wed love to have you join our team at Fashion Cleaners. We are a family-owned, local business that provides high-quality dry cleaning, wet cleaning, and laundry service to the Omaha metro area.
We are searching for an experienced manager to run our Dry Cleaning plant while meeting the companys mission PASSIONSERVICEINNOVATION.
The plant manager will manage the daily operations of the plant. Responsible for hiring, managing, and coaching team members that represent the high-quality standards at Fashion Cleaners.
The ideal individual will also be responsible for scheduling, approving labor hours, and addressing personnel issues. A background in the Dry Cleaning industry is preferred as well as previous managerial experience.
Must possess excellent people skills, be a great motivator, results-driven, and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Responsibilities :
- Ensure all equipment is working properly and ready for daily production.
- Maintain staffing schedules and workloads
- Create and post employee schedules
- Handle Paid Time Off requests
- Ensure employee development, specifically new hires
- Assist in investigating customer complaints and adhering to claim policies
- Meet or exceed department and company KPIs
Expectations :
- To meet plant labor hours.
- Meet all delivery deadlines.
- All garments must meet quality standards.
- The facility must be cleaned daily to ensure a clean work environment.
- All equipment must be maintained according to the manufactured suggested maintenance schedule.
- Communicate with the management team on any escalated customer service issues, staffing needs, staffing discipline, training requirements, or other information that can be considered essential to the overall operation of the plant.
