Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Commercial Construction Cost Estimator role at Buildline in Alpharetta, GA. The Cost Estimator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks, including construction estimating, quantity take-offs, cost management, communication, and budgeting.
Qualifications
Construction Estimating and Quantity Take-offs
Cost Management and Budgeting
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and analytical thinking
Proficiency in construction cost estimating software
Experience in commercial construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
Professional certifications (e.g., CPE, CCE) are a plus.
