What You’ll Do : Make Things Happen Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to introduce and sell our unique membership packages.

Be Consultative Understand each customer’s needs and offer personalized solutions. Close Deals Turn conversations into sales with your natural charisma and customer service skills.

Maintain Excellence Follow call protocols and deliver top-notch service. Crush Your Targets Exceed sales quotas and KPIs like the rockstar you are.

Build Rapport You’re not just rushing callers off the phone you take time to connect. Stay on Top Use our software to diligently follow up with customers.

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Sales-driven with a positive, resilient attitude. Top-notch verbal and written communication skills.

Schedule & Compensation : Training : Monday-Friday, 8am-4 : 30pm for the first 3 weeks. Full-Time : Tuesday-Saturday, 10 : 30am-7pm.

Competitive hourly training pay during onboarding. Once you're up to speed, you'll earn from our lucrative, uncapped commission plan .
