Director of Finance with REIT Experience - $225Kbase pay

Responsibilities :
- Provide oversight to the Chief Financial Officer on various tasks.
- Manage corporate cash, invoice approvals, and receivable collections.
- Analyze and review quarterly financial statements for investmentfunds.
- Assist with structuring acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventureagreements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance internalcontrols and efficiencies in financial reporting.
- Mentor staff and assist with their development.
- Prepare special reports and projects, collect, analyze, and summarizeinformation and trends.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance required.
- 10+ years of relevant accounting experience within the real estateindustry.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Open-end fund reporting experience preferred.
- General understanding of tax reporting and compliance for privateREIT’s, real estate partnerships, and S corps.
