Job Responsibilities :
- Patient Care : Assist residents with daily activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Vital Signs Monitoring : Measure and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Mobility Assistance : Aid residents with mobility and physical activities, including transfers and ambulation.
- Hygiene Maintenance : Ensure residents' personal hygiene and comfort through regular toileting, bathing, and grooming.
- Environmental Maintenance : Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment for residents by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Nutrition Support : Assist in meal preparation, feed residents, and monitor their food and fluid intake.
- Documentation : Accurately document care provided and residents' responses in the appropriate records.
- Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Patient Advocacy : Act as an advocate for residents, addressing and resolving any concerns or issues that arise.
- Infection Control : Follow infection control protocols to prevent the spread of illnesses.
Qualifications :
Current and valid PA CNA certification.
