Job Description Summary
Reporting to Penn Dental Medicine’s Office of Admissions, the ADMISSIONS CRM MANAGER's primary responsibility is to provide functional support for Customer Relations Management(CRM) / Admissions systems as well as other ancillary systems / applications related to the student recruitment and admission cycle.

The ideal candidate will be a tech savvy individual with strong organizational and logical skills who can quickly take projects from conception to completion.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to :
Oversee the management of data integrity within admissions systems. This position will be responsible for working with a team to define, design, build test, deploy, document, train and implement business processes of admissions systems and maintain approved applications, including reports, interfaces and data conversions. 25%
Maintain advanced knowledge of university system functionality, analyzes business processes / procedures (providing recommendations as appropriate / needed), and identifies dependencies and implications of change to various functional areas and integration with other systems. 25%
Provide training and reporting / documentation as scheduled and / or ad hoc. 15%
Serves as liaison and subject matter expert of PDM’s CRM and admissions systems’ system fixes, enhancements, as well as reporting and operations.
The ideal candidate will communicate and coordinate effectively and professionally with partners across PDM and the University to ensure accurate understanding and acceptance of system configurations.
Communication and collaboration may be with PDM IT team, University’s Provost’s Office as well as School’s / Center’s and departments of the University and PDM. 15%
As a member of the Admissions team, provide administrative support of admissions and recruitment initiatives. -15%
Other duties as assigned. 5%
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of relevant experience required. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with SLATE, databases, reporting tools and scripting preferred.
Must have a high level of initiative and comfortable with problem solving, technology, software, working effectively with a team, and project management.
Experience with the ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and lay persons.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
