Responsibilities

Your Deliverables For This Role :

  • Schedule and attend all appointments on time
  • Review all new leads submitted to company CRM
  • Screen qualified leads to determine how to appropriately approach each customer's unique selling needs
  • Personally, commit to spending a minimum of 40 hours a week unmonitored reviewing leads, following up with leads, and scheduling and attending appointments produced on time and on schedule
  • Appointment ratio and conversion accountability based on proven metrics for success
  • Follow the company's documented sales process
  • Attend training sessions to learn how to negotiate offers on properties with homeowners effectively
  • Produce a monthly average deal size that reflects company-set expectations based on growth projections and goals
  • Consistently hit performance expectations while simultaneously reaching high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Prioritize and execute on highest priority items daily
  • Convert customer interactions into positive reviews and testimonials
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
