Responsibilities
Your Deliverables For This Role :
- Schedule and attend all appointments on time
- Review all new leads submitted to company CRM
- Screen qualified leads to determine how to appropriately approach each customer's unique selling needs
- Personally, commit to spending a minimum of 40 hours a week unmonitored reviewing leads, following up with leads, and scheduling and attending appointments produced on time and on schedule
- Appointment ratio and conversion accountability based on proven metrics for success
- Follow the company's documented sales process
- Attend training sessions to learn how to negotiate offers on properties with homeowners effectively
- Produce a monthly average deal size that reflects company-set expectations based on growth projections and goals
- Consistently hit performance expectations while simultaneously reaching high levels of customer satisfaction
- Prioritize and execute on highest priority items daily
- Convert customer interactions into positive reviews and testimonials
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
