Job Description
- Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
- Works under general supervision.
- Performs daily activities of configuration and operation of business systems which may be mainframe, mini, or client / server based.
- Optimizes system operation and resource utilization, and performs system capacity analysis and planning.
- Provides assistance to users in accessing and using business systems.
Required Skills
- 1+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
- Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- DoD 8570 AIT lvl II or higher
