Job Details :

Pay : $ per week (to be updated)

Duration of assignment :   13 weeks

Positions Open : 1

Shift :   8-4 : 30. There will be a minimum of (1) Saturday / month required to work during assignment. Additional day off during the week will occur to maintain 40 hour work week

Facility Setting : CARF accredited ARU within hospital; 20 beds, but we will fill 16 beds

Will position be required to float to other units? Yes

Number of beds in your facility? 20

Preferred experience level? New grad welcome

EMR for your facility : EPIC

Requirements :

Active Unrestricted IN License

Active BLS certification through American Heart Association

Must have at least 2 years experience

Must be able to provide 1 supervisory references
