Position Overview & Essential Functions :

  • Prepare HNW individual, partnership, and corporate income tax returns with limited to no guidance from supervisors.
  • Work directly with partners, and directors and delegate to junior staff members.
  • Communicate directly with clients.
  • Learn and grow professionally.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • At minimum 8 years of previous experience with income tax preparation.
  • Strong management skills and experience.
  • Bachelors or master’s degree in accounting.
  • CPA license.

    • Job Type : Full-time; Hybrid work schedule required

    Pay : From $140,000+ per year

    Salary commensurate with experience. Sign-on bonus.

    Work Location : In-person / Hybrid in Bethesda, MD 20814 or Herndon, VA 20171
