The Communications Coordinator will be generating and managing all internal and external communications for outreach, development, and marketing, increasing and diversifying student involvement in the Center, creating outreach to other Jewish Studies Centers and programs for marketing and best practices.

The Communications coordinator will also manage our many public events including audio visual services, and help choose and supervise student workers.

The communications coordinator reports directly to the director of the Center.

Required Skills

  • BA degree, 3-5 years experience in communications and outreach.
  • The individual needs to be energetic and self motivated, have excellent writing skills, be able to work well under time restraints as well as independently manage communications, outreach and events.
  • This is a PT position at 30hrs per week.
