New York Life Insurance Company is currently hiring managers for its Fast Track Partner Program, a training in which participants start as financial professionals who gain first-hand experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Keep bookkeeping systems, sales databases, customer records, and related organizational tools current to accurately report progress to monthly and quarterly sales quotas to stakeholders.
• Implement sales strategies and tactics proven effective in maintaining and growing existing customer portfolios comprised of loyal, long-term clients.
• Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs.
• Develop and deliver risk management strategies for each customer based on their risk profile.
• Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction.
• Help clients reach their financial goals using a hands-on approach to developing customized, long-term strategies that meet their needs.
• Determine financial solutions for clients within a breadth of relevant products and services such as life insurance, fixed and variable annuities, mutual funds, and more.
• Join our intensive, six-month Associate Partner Training Program to further your business acumen and expertise while working toward a management position.
• Complete the program requirements and join the management team as an associate partner.
• Recruit and develop your own team of financial professionals as an Associate Partner.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred with a strong desire to succeed.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Desire to help families and businesses to Be Good at Life.
• Strong business acumen.
• Perseverance in the face of a challenge.
• Ability to engage your community and leverage personal networks / contacts.
• Must have financial services industry and / or insurance industry experience.
• Cultural markets knowledge preferred but not required.
• Seeking a rewarding and challenging career as a goal-oriented, highly motivated financial professional.
• Bilingual in Spanish, Portuguese, or another language is a plus.
• Experience working in sales is required.

Compensation

$65,000+ at plan commission + allowances
