Business Unit Director (CMC) - Hamilton, OH
Responsible for all Product Management and Engineering activities to assigned CMC products to maximize product line gross margin and unit volume growth.
Provide all necessary product and technical support to the field sales force to implement sales and marketing plans. Maintain and grow market share through incremental New Product Development programs and market-based pricing decisions.
Responsible for strategic and tactical initiatives to support strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities :
- Responsible for overarching product and marketing strategy for NPD and VEA value-driven essential product categories.
- Coordinate and collaborate with Brand and Product leaders in functional groups to identify and prioritize product gaps and sales / cost opportunities.
- Responsible for identification and specification of new categories and differentiation feature sets that result in increased revenue and profit streams.
- Drive standardization of specification vendor approach across organization.
- Engage and develop 3rd party vendors to understand capabilities, identify NPD opportunities, drive strategy and execution capabilities around value-driven essential product categories.
- Accelerate execution, speed to market and channel commercialization launches.
- Monitor competitive marketplace and develop tactical product and pricing strategies.
- Prioritize top opportunities across portfolio to assure alignment to strategy and sales / profit maximization.
- Collaborate with Product and Operational management teams around late point identification strategies to maximize product line capabilities while minimizing inventory exposure.

- Computer Skills : Must have strong Microsoft Office, e-mail and other PC application skills. SAP experience is a plus.

- 5-10 years minimum related experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
