This position is for an Operations Supervisor for a multi-state commercial janitorial company based in Texas. Must be experienced and knowledgeable in the field.
Your past work history will be reviewed.
You will be REQUIRED to travel out of the state and MUST be available 7 days a week.
Job description includes, but not limited to : Manage schedules, budgets, employees, inspections, contracts, clients and account locations.
Oversee daily operations, travel out of state for recruiting / training of personnel, meeting clients, following up on complaints / service issues.
Help perform carpet or wet work projects, if needed.
Spanish / English communication skills needed, including verbal and written. Must present a professional dress and attitude.
