We are seeking a motivated and professional Real Estate Showing Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Showing Agent, you will be responsible for assisting the lead agent by conducting property showings and providing excellent customer service to potential buyers and renters.

Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct property showings for prospective clients.
- Provide guidance to prospective buyers by facilitating showings of available properties.
- Coordinate buyer tours and keep them on track.
- Engage with customers when touring properties and gather feedback.
- Provide detailed information about properties, neighborhoods, and the local market to clients.
- Assist the lead agent by suggesting homes that fit the clients criteria.
- Follow up on viewings by providing feedback and pertinent information.
- Assist with client follow-ups after showings and answer any additional questions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure properties are presentable and ready for showings, coordinating with sellers or landlords as needed.
- Work closely with lead agents to share feedback and help clients with their buying or renting process.
- Stay informed about local market conditions, pricing trends, and new listings.
- Keep accurate records of showings and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Promote business development in the office during downtime.
Requirement
- Active Real Estate License (required)
- Valid Pennsylvania Real Estate License
- Valid Drivers License
- 1 year of experience in the real estate industry
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and people-oriented skills
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to analyze clients needs and match them to homes
- Familiarity with the local real estate market (preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between showings
- Ability to spend a large amount of time driving
- Learning-based and growth-minded attitude
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
