In this position, you will

  • Oversee the management of multiple departments in a single-site manufacturing environment, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across the organization
  • Provide a senior leadership perspective to ensuring an efficient working environment
  • Establish standards of excellence in operational efficiency
  • Set strategic goals for continuous improvement of manufacturing operations
  • Work closely with teams including production and material planning, purchasing and supply chain, and warehouse to oversee successful execution of day-to-day activities

Your background

  • 10+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing-oriented operations and / or related industries
  • Extensive experience in strategic planning and logistics
  • Experience using an ERP system, Microsoft D365 a plus
  • Proven success in a senior leadership role
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams towards achieving organizational goals

Compensation

This range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000 annually.

Please note that this range represents a good faith estimate based on the qualifications we expect to find in a successful candidate.

Actual compensation offered may be less or greater than this estimate based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, our assessment of your ability to bring value to our organization.
