How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and implement advanced AI solutions that support a multimodal agentic framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs through AI
• Drive innovation to enhance customer service experiences using agentic AI technologies
• Ensure the AI solutions are scalable, efficient, and adaptable to various customer scenarios
• Lead the transformation initiatives to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems
• Create and successfully manage multi-million-dollar budgets and capital expenditures
• Negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts with third-party vendors
• Notify corporate leadership of regional activities and issues

What You'll Bring to Spectrum

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent work experience

10 + years of IT work experience

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree, or higher, in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field; and / or MBA

Familiarity with service-oriented architectures and AI-driven customer service solutions
