How You'll Make a Difference :

Arkos Health is seeking an Administrative Support Coordinator. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient office operations by providing comprehensive administrative support.

This role requires a proactive individual who can multitask, prioritize assignments, and communicate effectively. The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software applications, possess excellent organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Provide administrative support to receptionist, executives and other team members
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, as directed by department leaders
  • Draft, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations
  • Accurately input and update data in various systems
  • Maintain and organize electronic and paper files
  • Outbound communication with patients and providers, as needed
  • Respond promptly and professionally to member inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with members and providers by providing accurate and helpful information
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with patience, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach
  • Share knowledge and insights with team members to foster a collaborative and informed support environment
  • Special outreach projects : Member experience outreach, PCP coordination (faxing, calling)
  • Outbound calls for projects appointed by health plan (redetermination etc)
  • Assist receptionist in meeting set up / break down
  • Outreach to support quality & clinical service initiatives
  • Assistance with printing / gathering packets for field staff as well as for special community events

Qualifications and Skills :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
  • Proven experience in an administrative support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software required
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
