We are on the lookout for a passionate Insurance Sales agent who is highly motivated to make 6 figures. hourly starts at $14-20 an hour (plus commission and bonuses) dependent on experience and closing record.

Responsibilities
Work our existing customer list to cross sell and bundle additional products
60-100 calls a day
build value with new leads, overcome objections and close new business.
Handle occasional service calls.
Build a personal referral network for additional leads
Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Client Engagement : Build strong relationships with clients, understand their insurance needs, and offer personalized solutions.
Requirement
440 license required
220 license preferred
Experience : Proven experience in insurance sales and management roles, demonstrating a track record of success and achievement.
Leadership Skills : Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards shared goals and objectives.
Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, analyze data, and make sound business decisions.
