Requirements :
- Recently graduated or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date.
- Alternatively - has degree or professional certificate from a foreign post- secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.
S. OR have 5 years of experience in the field in which they are training.
Minimum age of 18 with intermediate to advanced English skills.
Passport : Must have a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application.

- Proof of University Accreditation : Submit documentation confirming the accreditation status of your university.
- Proof of Academic Status : Include a document verifying your current academic status from your university.
- University Diploma : If you have graduated, please provide a copy of your university diploma.
- Exhibits a strong work ethic, positivity, and trustworthiness.
- Must have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
- Must be able to remain calm under increasing demands of the operation, be consistent in presentation and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
