WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING :
- Project programming, management, and scheduling
- Design (hand, Sketchup, Revit, and other design and presentation software)
- Specifications writing
- Cost estimating
- Development of construction documents using Revit
- Construction administration / management
- Other
WHAT YOU WILL NEED FOR THIS POSITION REQUIRED :
- B. Arch or commensurate experience
- 5+ years of Architectural Experience / 2 years as an Architect
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- CA Building Code / DSA knowledge helpful
Employment Type : Permanent / Full Time
Compensation : $100,000 - $125,000 DOE
