The Cornell SC Johnson College of Business invites applicants for multiple tenure-track professor positions in our Finance area, with a school affiliation in either the Samuel Curtis Johnson Graduate School of Management or the Charles H.
Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management. The positions are at the rank of assistant professor (for candidates graduated within the past four years), untenured associate professor, tenured associate professor, and possibly full professor.
The intended start date of the positions is July 1, 2025. The positions will primarily be based on our campus in Ithaca, New York.
The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in Finance or a related field and have an outstanding record in scholarship and teaching.
Responsibilities of the positions include research in area(s) of expertise, teaching basic and advanced courses in finance at the undergraduate, master, MBA, Executive MBA, and / or Ph.
D. levels, teaching in the interdisciplinary master programs at Cornell Tech, supervision of doctoral candidates, and service for the area, college, and university.
It is expected that our faculty may teach across multiple schools within the College of Business.

The hiring offer for this position may be up to $329,600 depending on rank, education, experience, discipline, and relevant skills.
