Starting out it will be 100% in office but after a couple of weeks of training it will be 3 days in office and 2 days remote.
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8AM - 3PM (30 hours a week)
JOB SUMMARY : Provides administrative support to the daily operations of assigned section / division. Performs a wide variety of clerical duties.
Interacts with employees and vendors when answering questions, obtaining / distributing information or coordinating department programs / projects.
Assists management with human resources and budgetary responsibilities.
Perform high-volume data entry with precision and speed
Assist with payroll processing and accounts payable tasks.
Support special projects, including auditing expiration dates for DOT cards and other related tasks as needed.
Maintain data integrity and confidentiality throughout all processes.
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS :
Data entry and filing.
Must have 1-2 years of past administrative assistant experience
Great data entry skills
Past accoutring experience preferred
High school Diploma or GED required will be verified
Modern office systems and procedures
Analytical thinking.
Problem solving.
Planning and organization.
Time management.
ommunicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
