Universal Teller (Onalaska - Part-Time)

This part-time Universal Teller position is responsible for providing customers with friendly, efficient, and professional service in an accurate and timely manner at all times by processing account transactions, cross-selling the Banks products and services, opening, maintaining and closing of all account types, and promoting business for the Bank by maintaining good customer relations and referring customers to appropriate staff. This position is responsible for managing and balancing a cash drawer in an accurate manner.

Hours for this position will be approximately 20-26 hours a week working mainly out of our Onalaska branch, but will also need to back up the La Crosse branch as business needs arise.

Coulee Bank is seeking out an energetic and passionate candidate to fill a part-time Universal Teller role in our La Crosse offices. As a Universal Teller, you will enjoy working flexible daytime hours Monday Friday, and no more than 2 Saturday mornings / month.

As a Universal Teller, you are outgoing, friendly, and compassionate team player. You possess a positive can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and great judgment. In addition, you have superior customer service skills, the ability to multi-task, are detail-oriented, and possess a competitive desire to succeed. An ideal candidate will be passionate about networking, building relationships, and assisting customers with all their banking needs.

A Day in the Life of a Teller

As the first point of contact for our customers, youll arrive ready to greet customers. Youll efficiently cash checks, process deposits and loan payments, and balance a cash drawer. And, most of all, you can have pride in making a positive impression on each and every customer that you serve!

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience. In addition, your written and oral communications skills are top notch and will help you to listen and identify customers financial needs to better support their financial growth. You are a problem-solver that is not afraid to make a decision and are able to take initiative without being asked.

The likely salary range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, this is however, not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Salary will be determined based on experience and could fall outside of this range.
