Role Description

Electron Machine Corporation is currently seeking an Experienced HR and Accounting Coordinator in Umatilla, FL. This is a unique PT / FT position that requires a good balance of organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills to support our growing team in both human resources and financial operations.

Qualifications

• Be a proactive problem-solver and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Have a solid understanding of basic HR principles, including onboarding, employee records management, and benefits administration
• Understanding of fundamental accounting processes, such as posting payments, vendor payments, and expense tracking.
• Capable of exhibiting basic data entry and reconciliation skills
• Experience working with standard tools like Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems (e.g., WhenIWork), and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
• Capable of managing multiple tasks from start to finish with strong time management
• Be exceptionally detail oriented
• Have a strong aptitude for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information
• Efficient with email communication, spreadsheets, and basic reporting
• Value accuracy and compliance in all administrative processes
• Communicate efficiently and effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Willing to adapt to evolving priorities in a dynamic environment
• Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative, HR, or accounting roles and / or certifications considered.
