A company is looking for a Solution Owner for Customer Support IT Applications.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary IT liaison for Customer Support, identifying new business initiatives and defining success metrics
Collaborate with Technical Architects to design solutions and ensure compliance with IT standards
Maintain ownership of projects from requirements through implementation, ensuring successful outcomes
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years in IT business analysis, solution management, or product ownership supporting Customer Support or CRM applications
Demonstrated ability to develop effective technology solutions for complex support challenges
Familiarity with PowerSchool and related support system architectures
Experience collaborating with cross-functional technical and support teams
Salesforce Admin certification or Agentforce certification preferred
