As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) , you’ll be the bridge between product / engineering and customers. You will embed deeply with users, translate real-world use cases into technical solutions, and ship production-grade systems powered by AI. You’ll own deployment complexity, influence product direction, and drive high-impact customer-facing work.
Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to scope, design, and deploy AI systems that address real business needs.
- Build and integrate production-ready AI applications with customer infrastructure.
- Develop and deliver compelling demos and prototypes that showcase the capabilities of our AI system.
- Ensure reliability, safety, and performance of deployed AI agents in production environments.
- Capture customer insights and system feedback to drive product and agent improvements.
