Kable Staffing is in urgent need of Urethane Technician in Fairfield, OH. This position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION
PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for urethane open molding operations and assemblies.
- Use of hand and power tools.
- Identify and communicate technical problems.
- Perform tasks and tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Assist co-workers as needed to meet daily priorities, coverage, and projects.
- Ability to learn new processes and procedures quickly.
- Safely operate a forklift and other shop equipment.
- Run the Trico Poly Systems : Polyurethane Processing Equipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
REQUIREMENTS
- Light industrial manufacturing or production experience of at least 2 years is preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, ability to identify and communicate technical problems, and ability to perform tasks and tests with minimal instruction and documentation.
- Experience with surface prep equipment including Blastrac and Diamond Grinding equipment.
