RN (part-time opening) - up to $55 / hr
We are seeking severalcompassionate and experienced nursing professionals for our Registered Nurse(RN) position for the 1st shift.
As a vital part of our team, the RN willprovide exceptional patient-driven care and support to our residents, ensuringtheir medications and treatment regimens are effectively evaluated.
The RN willalso support, educate, direct, and guide the performance of LPN, CNA, andadministrative staff, while clearly and constructively communicatinginformation to patients and their families.
This pay up to $55 / hr.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, evaluate, and reassess resident health status and response to treatment; confer with assigned doctor for treatment modalities
- Collaborate with other health team members to facilitate positive patient care outcomes including physical / occupational therapy, hospice, and Gero-psychology
- Identify healthcare-associated infections and appropriate interventions in conjunction with the Infection Control processes
- Facilitate instruction to other nursing personnel, including techniques, procedures, and equipment
- Participate in daily or weekly staff meetings to discuss patient status and other concerns or issues; serve on other departmental committees as needed
Qualifications :
- RN license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of experience; long-term care preferred
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
