Joinour clients Learning & Development team as a seasonedprofessional responsible for implementing managing and evaluatinglearning initiatives.

This role requires a deep understanding ofinstructional design and training methodologies strong projectmanagement skills and expertise in driving learning initiativesforward across organizations.

Approaching learning and education ina transformative way with support to exercise our creative musclesmaking this an outstanding opportunity for a missiondrivenenthusiastic and motivated team player.

Our client is looking for acandidate that should be willing to dive into any business issueresearch topic or task with the aim of adding value in everythingyou do from content development to facilitation of new hireonboarding and continuing educationworkshops.

  • Duringfirst 90 days of employment team member will be required to reportto the Los Angeles PACE center at minimum 3x per week to understandprogram work culture positions and build rapport with the localteam.

Requirements

  • 45years of experience in a learning and development capacity within ahealthcareorganization
  • PACEModel or Elderly Participants experience stronglypreferred.
  • Aselfstarter with strong organizational skills / detail orientationability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced anddrive speed to execution mission drivenenvironment.
  • Strongleadership influencing and relationship managementskills
  • Hardworkingadaptable selfstarter who is effective working in a fastpaced andrapidly changingenvironment.
  • Mustreside in Los Angeles willing to commute for hybrid schedule orrelocate

4-5 years of experience in a learning and development capacitywithin a healthcare organization PACE Model or Elderly Participantsexperience strongly preferred.

A self-starter with strongorganizational skills / detail orientation, ability to jugglemultiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced and drive speed toexecution mission driven environment.

Strong leadership,influencing, and relationship management skills Hardworking,adaptable self-starter who is effective working in a fast-paced andrapidly changing environment.

Must reside in Los Angeles, willingto commute for hybrid schedule or relocate
