Opportunity and Practice Overview
- 7am-7pm Saturday and Sunday
- option for additional weekday
- Gainesville Campus
- 100% Inpatient-based
- Coverage for both Cardiac Critical Care Unit and General Cardiology
- EMR Platform- EPIC
- Team of more than 90 cardiologists and advanced practice providers
- Dominant cardiovascular market share leader in our 19+ county service area
- Group performs more than 5,000 cardiac procedures and 30,000 consults each year
- First hospital in Georgia to receive Emergency Cardiac Care Center (ECCC) designation
Do you have what is takes?
- Cardiology experience preferred
- Ability to obtain NP / PA license in the state of Georgia
- Board Certification via NCCPA for Physician Assistants
- Board Certification via ACNP (Acute Care) or AGACNP required for Nurse Practitioners
- Proficiency in applying advanced concepts, principles and advanced clinical techniques in an inpatient environment
- The ideal candidate will possess a mature, warm and patient personality with a passion for Cardiology.
- Collaboratively function as an Advanced Practitioner with board certified Cardiologists and other clinical staff by providing leadership and incorporating the role of clinical expert, role model, consultant, educator and practitioner.
