Your role in our mission

• Ability to work in a production environment under strict quality and production requirements.
• Possess good oral and written communication skills.
• Work from standard protocols / documents to accurately complete work assigned.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Possess good organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Possess good computer skills.
• Operate office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, scanners.

What we're looking for

• Process various documents to include enrollment forms and correspondence.
• Perform general filing and records maintenance.
• Prepare routine correspondence for enrolling and reenrolling providers.
• Compile enrollment data / statistics for reports & verifying documentation data for provider enrollment.
• Data entry & other general clerical tasks as assigned.

What you should expect in this role

• This is an onsite / office environment in Montgomery, Alabama.
• Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $32,700.00 - $46,700.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
