Attorney Associate Attorney

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Associate Attorney to join our personal injury law firm. The ideal candidate will support our legal team in providing exceptional legal representation to our clients, helping them navigate the complexities of personal injury cases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to personal injury cases
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy
  • Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Participate in client meetings and consultations
  • Represent clients in depositions and court appearances as needed
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys on trial preparation and case management
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation

Qualifications

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active bar license in the relevant jurisdiction
  • 1-3 years of experience in personal injury law preferred
  • Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in trial court and litigation is a plus
