Finish Carpenter
A well-established construction team seeks entry-level Finish Carpenters to join their growing workforce. This role offers hands-on training, consistent work across metro job sites, and long-term career growth in commercial construction.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with clear paths to advancement. Promotions are made internally, and performance evaluations occur at 3 and 6 months.
Job Duties :
- Participate in a 3-day training program to learn cutting, measuring, and installation techniques
- Install finish carpentry elements including trim, baseboards, casings, door frames, railings, and crown molding
- Work in teams of 45 on commercial job sites
- Transport materials and tools daily; maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow construction schedules and crew instructions with professionalism and punctuality
Requirements :

Evaluations at 3 and 6 months with potential pay increases based on performance. Many team members have advanced to foreman and project manager roles.The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $35.20 / hr.
