REPORTS TO : Director of Operations
Duties & Responsibilities :
1.Schedule and monitor all phases of compounding process.
2.Coordinate and assist in developing weekly production schedules with Production Planner.
3.Maintain compliance of all production equipment as it relates to OSHA, cGMP, FDA and other related guidelines.
4.Maintain, schedule and track service on all compounding equipment.
5.Coordinate people and equipment for compounding and batch runs.
6.Manages Operations of kettles and technical equipment during compounding process.
7.Track and maintain compliance of all production licenses, inspections, certification, calibrations, etc. by external governing bodies.
8.Maintain records of contract workers, equipment purchases and maintenance.
9.Attend daily 9 : 30 Communication Meetings and Weekly Schedule Walk-through meetings.
10.Be an active, engaged member of the Safety Team.
11.All other duties as assigned by your manager.
Qualifications :
- BA / BS degree preferred
- 4 Years of supervisory experience in Manufacturing
- Demonstrated success in leadership and organizational improvements
- Demonstrated success with CGMP
- Basic Computer Skills
