Project Management Office (PMO) Associate

The Operational Risk Assessment team within Operational Risk (Risk Division) is responsible for developing and implementing a standardized framework to identify measure, monitor and assess operational risk across the firm.

The RCSA Associate, collaborating with the global team, will have the opportunity to engage and work with stakeholders across all divisions of the firm to establish and maintain the firm’s operational risk assessment program.

Responsibilities include :

• Facilitating the firmwide Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process by working with divisions to : Provide training and functional support on assessment methodology and use of the assessment application Ensure assessments are executed appropriately and on time Provide status reporting, troubleshooting and escalation of issues Create reporting and analytics based on assessment results
• Working with Risk Engineering to continuously evolve the assessment application and ensure it reflects current methodology, is fit for purpose and user friendly
• Providing assessment metrics and reporting to senior management and governance committees on status of the assessments, trending and analysis of the output, changes to the assessment profile at an entity or group level
• Ensure divisions are following up and closing out issues raised during assessment process
• Working across Operational Risk to create or enhance existing assessment reporting and analytics that provide insight into firmwide RCSA results
• Proactively thinking about changes in the business, how these impact the existing assessment program and working across Operational Risk to facilitate changes
• Remaining current on business, regulatory and industry changes that may impact the business and the associated assessments
• Facilitating efforts on Data Analytics and creating useful analysis / soundbites of key highlights and callouts for management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years’ experience within operational risk area with knowledge of risk and control assessment methodology
• Strong project management and organizational skills with experience of working to deadlines within a highly dynamic environment
• Proven track record in stakeholder management including exposure to senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to work remotely across multiple geographies / time zones
• Strong attention to detail and excellent data analysis skills
• Enthusiastic, intellectually curious and seeks to understand the different areas of the firm
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a strong delivery focus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and able to present to senior stakeholders with impact and influence
• Possess a Bachelor's Degree
