MID-LEVEL PROJECT FINANCE ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

Our client, a top AmLaw 50 national law firm, is seeking a highly-qualified and motivated Mid-Level Project Finance Associate Attorney to join their Finance Practice Group and Energy Sector .
This position is available in Houston, Los Angeles, Madison, Milwaukee, New York, or Washington, DC .
Candidate Profile :
- JD from an ABA approved law school with a strong academic record.
- Bar admission in Texas, New York, or another relevant jurisdiction, as applicable, in good standing .
- 3-5 years of substantive renewable energy transactional experience .
- Experience in renewable energy project finance, tax credit transactions , and renewable energy due diligence matters .
- Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents, including credit agreements and tax equity documents.
- Strong ability to review project documents, manage subject-matter specialist reviews, and close transactions.
- Large law firm experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide legal services in renewable energy project finance and tax credit transactions.
- Draft and negotiate complex transaction documents, such as credit agreements and tax equity documents.
- Collaborate with a dynamic and growing team to advance the long-term strategic objectives of the Energy Sector.
- Manage due diligence and oversee the closing of complex renewable energy transactions.
