Position Overview :

Yorktown Search Partners is conducting a confidentialexecutive search for a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Investor Relations to lead our clients investor communications and relationshipmanagement efforts.

This senior role is critical to maintaining andenhancing our clients relationships with current and potentialinvestors ensuring that their investment strategies and performanceare clearly and effectively communicated.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Leadership : Lead theinvestor relations function overseeing the development and ofinvestor communication strategies that align with our clients goalsand values.
• StrategicCommunication : Serve as the primary point of contactfor investors articulating the companys vision strategy andfinancial performance with clarity and confidence.
• Investor Relations Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategiesthat support our clients business objectives and enhance investorconfidence.
• FinancialReporting : Oversee the preparation and presentationof detailed financial reports including quarterly and annualreports earnings releases and investor presentations.
• Market Analysis : Provideinsights into market trends and their potential impact on thecompanys investment strategy and portfolio performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engage with key stakeholders including investors analysts and thebroader financial community to foster transparency andtrust.
• EventManagement : Lead the planning and of investorrelatedevents such as earnings calls investor days and propertytours.
• RegulatoryCompliance : Ensure all investor communications arein full compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and bestpractices.
• TeamDevelopment : Mentor and develop the investorrelations team fostering a culture of excellence and continuousimprovement.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Finance Real EstateBusiness or a related field; MBA or CFA designationpreferred.
• 10 years of experience in investorrelations with a strong background in real estate investment orfinancial services.
• Demonstrated experience inleading investor relations for a public or private real estatefirm.
• Exceptional communication presentationand interpersonal skills with the ability to convey complexinformation clearly and effectively.
• Deepunderstanding of financial markets real estate investmentstrategies and regulatory requirements.
• Provenability to build and maintain strong relationships with investorsanalysts and other stakeholders.
• Strategicthinker with strong analytical skills and attention todetail.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddynamic environment and manage multiple prioritiessimultaneously.
