Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a SPM Sr Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, clarify, and document incentive plan changes and requirements from stakeholders

Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications for ICM engineers

Act as a liaison between business partners and technology teams to drive project prioritization and process improvements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field

5+ years of experience in business analysis or process management, preferably in incentive compensation or sales performance management

Strong capability in requirements gathering and business-to-technical translation

Familiarity with incentive compensation systems such as Varicent, Callidus, or Xactly preferred

Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint
