We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commanding knowledge and understanding of all aspects of HR functions.

- Recruitment and Terminations
- Onboarding and Orientation
- Benefits and Leave Administration
- Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution
- Compliance with Multi-state Employment Laws and Company Policies
- Employee Handbooks and Job Descriptions
- Employee Performance and Development
- 401(k) plan and Annual Compliance Reporting
- HR Compliance with federal and state reporting requirements (workplace postings, EEO-1 reporting, OSHA reporting, etc.)
- Workers’ Compensation and Unemployment Claims
- Human Resources Information Systems Management
- HR Data and Analytics
- Employee Engagement and Retention
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of HR experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience
- HR Certification preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of multi-state HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Computer Proficiency (above-average knowledge) in Microsoft Office, Windows, Outlook, and Excel as well as electronic mail, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheets, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and be responsive to the needs of the company
- HRIS knowledge required, Paylocity experience a plus
