Overview

Amazon Ads is seeking a self-driven, highly organized, customer-obsessed Executive Assistant to support the VP of Amazon Ads Marketing. This high impact, high visibility role requires outstanding planning and communication skills. In addition to being an important partner to the Marketing leadership team, this role is an essential info resource and POC for high profile industry events and C-level customer engagement.

The right candidate will have a strong bias for action and the ability to operate proactively and strategically, anticipating needs based on a thorough understanding of leader and team priorities. This role requires impeccable attention to detail, strong judgment, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. A high level of integrity and discretion handling confidential information and professionalism dealing with senior executives inside and outside the company is imperative.

This role leads a small team of EAs and partners closely with EAs across the broader Ads org. The ability to foster a positive team environment is a must, as is flexibility and a willingness to turn on a dime and take effective action as priorities shift. The role is based in NYC and requires five days a week in office. Candidates should expect to travel 2-4 times per year in this role.

Key responsibilities

• Complex calendar management and coordination for high-level internal and external meetings
• Seamlessly manage detailed domestic and international travel itineraries, as well as expense reporting
• Manage team space planning and onsite morale / team building activities
• Partner closely with the leadership team, key business partners, and Marketing team EAs to provide holistic support to the organization, including annual planning, oversight of EA allocation, hiring, and onboarding
• Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with a variety of groups including peers, internal stakeholders, clients, advertising industry professionals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
