Schedule Information
- Shift : Therapists can choose five 8 hour days or four 10 hour days.
- We block 14 evals per week in each therapists' schedule, the rest are treats.
- There will be chart review time twice a day for 30 min for 8 hour days, and 3 times per day for 30 min for 10 hour days.
Unit Specific Information
- We are a free standing out patient facility.
- We schedule 60 min for evals.
- Most treats are 30 minutes, but some are 45 or 60 depending on the circumstances.
- We see about 70% ortho patients, 30 % neuro.
- We have PT's, PTA's, OT's, and SLP.
- Some multidisciplinary patients.
- Therapist will receive Epic training during orientation.
- We typically do 1.5 days of hospital orientation, then 1.5 days of department orientation.
- Will then start with patient load.
- Will give additional charting time the first week or two.
- We are business casual.
