Job Title : Registered Nurse (RN)

Shift : Night; 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM
Guaranteed Hours : 36 hours per week
Experience : Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience preferred.
License : RN License in good standing
Certifications :
BLS (American Heart Association)

- Excellent documentation skills
Job Description :
- Assume responsibility for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provide care using the nursing process.
- Perform all responsibilities and duties required by the unit specific to the scope of service.
- Implement procedures and theories related to the specific area of practice.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of nursing care to ensure integration of information for use by the healthcare team.
- Complete initial assessment upon patient admission and develop appropriate plan of care based on patient and family needs.
- Implement plan of care, nursing interventions, and patient care procedures.
- Modify the plan of care based upon continuous evaluation.
- Ensure patient and employee safety by reporting and / or correcting safety hazards and incidents.
- Communicate effectively with others and resolve issues privately when necessary.
- Offer constructive feedback to assist in the professional development of peers, and confer with colleagues to expand knowledge base.
- Identify personal learning needs and take initiative for continuous education.
- Fulfill all requirements of departmental competencies.
Note : Proficiency in English is required, including the ability to speak, read, and write fluently.
