job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProviding companionship & conversation Maintaining a safe environment through supervision Performing light housekeeping & laundry services Preparing meals and snacks according to dietary needs Assisting with walking and stabilization Reminding clients of medications and appointments Transporting clients to their appointments or errands Bathing, grooming, and dressing clients Helping clients with incontinence and toileting Delivering memory care for clients with Dementia / Alzheimer’s Comforting clients through hospice care Be at least 18 years old Be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds Be proficient in English, both written and spoken Be willing to drive up to 15 miles to work with clients Possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening Be willing to earn your HCAC (if not already HCA / CNA certified) Be able to work at least 20 hours a week Be able to work at least one weekend day
