The ideal candidate will hold a current Oregon license / certification. This role is within the Hospital specialty. A current license and at least two years of recent experience as a Certified Surgical Tech in Hospital are required.

- Current Oregon license, in the process obtaining of or willing to obtain the states specific license
- Current BLS and / or ACLS and / or Specialty Certifications
- 2 current Clinical References
