About The Role
As our Director of Human Resources, you'll be at the helm, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a dynamic workplace with responsibilities that include :
- Scouting, recruiting, and onboarding top talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to build dream teams.
- Overseeing the daily HR hustle.
- Delivering constructive performance evaluations like a pro.
- Processing payroll.
- Implementing HR policies with finesse.
- Navigating and ensuring company-wide compliance like a seasoned pro.
- Handling disputes and investigations.
- Aligning HR goals with our organizational strategy.
- Developing and maintaining policies, processes, and training.
- Analyzing data from our HRIS.
- Ensuring we staying ahead of the HR curve by developing and maintaining policies, processes, and innovative ways to develop and training our employees
Required Experience / Skills :
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
- 7+ years of human resource management experience in small to mid-sized company.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly preferred
- Proficient in both verbal and written communication.
- Skilled in interpersonal interactions and negotiation.
- Strong analytical capabilities to address complex HR challenges.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to guide and inspire teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to organizational needs and changing priorities.
- Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Ensuring adherence to legal requirements in HR practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
